REPORT ON PROJECT PAY A SCHOOL FEES
The Project was carried out on the 12th of
October 2016, at Masaka II L.G.E.A Primary School. The project’s main aim was
to support those who were not able to pay their School fees or rather P.T.A
fees as the case may be.
(Most Government schools do not pay school fees but
pay P.T.A fees, exam fees, report card fee and other miscellaneous things).
There are many less privileged kids who want to be educated
but their parents cannot afford to pay their fees. They end up being hawkers on
the streets, putting their lives at the risk of accidents, kidnappings and so
on. The less privileged shouldn’t be left behind. The government has failed
them by failing to provide free a totally free education. That is why we, as
individuals and NGOs need to fill in the gap.
The Project was also able to purchase some writing materials
for the Children. These includes: Pencils, exercise books, drawing books and
other writing materials. The kids were excited to have received such materials. The teachers were also excited.

My gratitude goes out to my friends
Alheri Yusuf Mibwala, Maria Ameh and Chizzy who went along with me to the
